Once an order has been placed, production may begin immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms & Conditions.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and issue a refund if payment has already been collected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Little Max Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement.
