At Little Max Studio, each item is handmade and created specifically for your order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.

We take great care in creating and packaging every order, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Email us at [email protected] and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review the issue, we will gladly work with you to make it right. If the item was damaged during shipping or arrived with a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
